sharing internet . etc….
to configure
just follow the steps
first go to control panel>network and internet>network and sharing centre> click on
the set up a new network
then scroll down and add a or set up a wireless ad-hoc(may b names somthing else .ss enclosed)

sOFTWERE: it can be found out so many publishers are providing many softweres,like portable hotspot ,etc.
